*These 3 discounted rates only apply to Packages and the Sarah Duncan Room. Discounts may not be combined.
Photographer rate: $25 per hour. May only be scheduled within 2 weeks of shoot.
Basic Service includes tables, chairs, table coverings, and skirts, set-up, take down, mike and lighting.
Full Service includes all of the above plus dishes, flatware, misc serving pieces, etc. and dishwashing fees.
All Hall Event Enjoy the entire building for a unique reception, dinner or conference. For dining up to 270 people.
First Floor Event A first floor event includes access to the Ballroom, Sarah Duncan Room, Victorian Tea Room, two parlors and the Secret Garden. Dining up to 230 people.
All rental rates include setup and takedown of tables and chairs.
