Individual Room Rates / Packaged Rates

Basic Service

Basic Service includes tables, chair set-up/take-down, basic sound and stage lighting. Bluetooth capabilities for sound available.

Full Service

Full Service includes basic service, table linens/ napkins, skirting for food and beverage tables, TDH china, flatware, and dish washing service.

Add $100 for TDHI staff to bus tables.

Add $75 for event accessories (coffee pot, serving platters, utensils, drink canisters)

Add $50 for Uplighting/6 units

Add $50 for Water Service for groups of 50 or less
Add $100 for Water Service for groups of 51 or more

 Add $175 for Sound Technician. Cost may vary based on need.

All events at TDHI must be out by midnight.

Thomas Duncan Package

Ball Room, Dining Room, West Kitchen,
Gertrude Shambaugh and Thomas Duncan Rooms

Full Service: 4 hours $1,200
Additional Hours: $100/hour

Sarah Duncan package

Includes all of Thomas Duncan Package plus Sarah Duncan Room
Basic Service: 5 hours $1,000
Full Service: 5 hours $1,500
Additional Hours: $100/hour

All Hall package

All Hall Event (includes upstairs & balcony)
Basic Service: 6 hours $1,200
Full Service: 6 hours $1,700
Additional Hours: $100/hour

Dining room/ West kitchen

• Basic Service: 4 hours $200
• Full Service: 4 hours $400
• Additional Hours: $50/hour
  

Sarah Duncan Room/ west kitchen

• Basic Service: 4 hours $300

Add $250 to any package

*Non-profit organizations qualified under IRS, section 501c (3), receive a 20% discount.

*10% discount for those renting the hall 4 or more times a year.

*Weekday event discounts available.

*These 3 discounted rates apply only to the packages and the Sarah Duncan Room. Discounts may not be combined.
